Today's market place is more dynamic

Business today is more competitive and demanding than ever before; due in part to what are now the common culprits - globilisation and technological advancements. Increasing customer demands can also be added to the list and this contributes to the pressure that not only takes us to this level of 'expectation' but equally, works to eliminate the outdated 'one size fits all' supply chain model.

Standard models no longer apply

Those who operate by a naive notion that a standard model can be applied to all customers and suppliers do so at their own peril.

Customisation, as a result of technological advancements and better customer understanding, is now a standard part of business operations. No one wants to be treated like a number. Personalisation and a flexible approach to meet a customer's unique demands is a needed response to the dynamic tide of today's market place.

Successful businesses engage supply chain models that exploit operational strengths - it's common sense! And because individual company based operations are only part of a successful chain, relationship building with third party suppliers, with essential and value adding capabilities becomes essential.

Flexibility and collaboration produce the best results

With individual business operations and external third parties all working on a shared process, what becomes essential is the degree of collaboration. Success here will depend on how well companies collaborate to manage these important processes that extend, potentially, across multiple company boundaries.

Flexibility in successful collaboration is like the moon and the tides - one does not occur without the other. For a successful collaboration there needs to be an acknowledgement of purpose and a clear path laid to achieving it that meets and even better exceeds customer needs.

If customer demands add to a competitive market place then you need to exceed those demands to remain competitive.

Here at Image Label Systems we understand that business is dynamic and whether we are working with a small or large business, we recognise the importance of flexibility. Experience has taught us that customers need and want suppliers who can work with their supply chain, not try to impose their own.

Working to create solutions that work for each individual customer should be at the core of all operations and an understanding of the importance of listening to and of understanding and responding to customer needs.

The range of label designs that we work with is testament to this philosophy. The range is varied to suit a number of applications, purpose, budgets and brand expectations.

Delivery

As a global business with an integrated supply network across 90% of Australasia's apparel sourcing regions, we are 'on the ground' - we speak the local language, and understand the local business cultures. This allows us to deliver directly to our customers' points of production, wherever and whenever that maybe.

Billing

Being able to offer your customers  a range of billing and payment solutions that simplify the supply chain is paramount. Whether that's by billing suppliers or the customer directly, being flexible with currency is a must. All up, design solutions need to be created that work for the customer.
